Es gibt keine festgelegte Versandzeit, Bücher und Items werden so schnell wie möglich bearbeitet. Die momentane Bearbeitungszeit steht oben auf der Website angeschrieben und wird aktualisiert 

There is no set timeframe for when orders are being sent out. I always have a current timeframe at the top of the website, that I update regularly.

 

Any packages sent with untracked shipping will not have insurance, this is just the way DHL works and I can’t do anything about it. Should your parcel get lost or damaged in transit, I cannot file a claim with DHL for a replacement, so please keep this in mind when ordering!

I am not liable for any damages that occur during transit, if they're not caused by inefficient packaging materials (for example missing bubble wrap). I always do my very best to package everything safely, a box getting wet or other damages happening during transit are out of my control and I am not responsible for those.

I will always file a claim with DHL, or help you file a claim with the postal service that delivered the package to you in your country. I am not able to replace or refund damaged books if the postal company does not acknowledge the claim and refunds what they damaged.
